Objective
To develop an online branding and advertising campaign in order to draw in new customers and bring awareness to locals about the new dining option in the city.
Process
I started off with researching different advertising platforms and products, along with competitor websites with a large emphasis on building the restaurant’s social media presence with Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts . After creating a quick, simple logo was to design low fidelity wireframes with an understanding of how the user would interact with the website. I sourced images and developed a brand identity to follow the low fidelity wireframes with a high fidelity version before moving onto the social media promotions. The key was to make simple, yet effective ads that closely followed the brand identity I developed. By using simple sans serif fonts, dark gradients, and high quality photos I was able to easily design simple and effective social media ads.
